Rich Product Options

• Option types

  Colour and image swatches, dropdowns, radio buttons, checkboxes, text fields, date pickers, and file uploads — enough to configure most made-to-order products without a custom build.

• Conditional logic

  Show or hide fields based on earlier answers, so a long configurator only ever presents the questions that still apply. This is usually the difference between a form customers finish and one they abandon.

• Add-on pricing

  Attach a price to an option — a flat fee for engraving, a per-character rate for text, or a percentage uplift for a premium material — applied at checkout by a Shopify Function.

• File uploads

  Let customers upload artwork or a photo with their order. Files are stored against the order so your fulfilment team sees them on the order page rather than hunting through email.

• Option templates

  Build an option set once and apply it to a whole collection. Changing the template updates every product using it, which is what keeps a large catalog maintainable.

• Engraving and personalisation

  Collect the text, font, and placement for an engraved item and charge for it, with a live character count so the customer cannot submit something that will not fit.

• Made-to-measure products

  Capture measurements as validated numeric fields with minimums and maximums, so a blind or a garment cannot be ordered outside what you can manufacture.

• Print on demand

  Take an artwork upload plus placement and size choices, and pass them through to the order for your production partner.

• Configurable bundles and kits

  Where a product needs component choices rather than a separate SKU per combination, options keep the catalog to one product instead of hundreds of variants.

Install from the Shopify App Store listing. Billing and plan details are managed through Shopify when available. Free plan for up to 5 option sets. Paid plans lift the limit.
