Refund policy
This draft describes how refunds may work for premium digital theme packages sold on NorthJS Tech. Confirm final windows and eligibility before live checkout.
Digital goods
Theme packages are digital downloads. After a package is delivered to an entitled account, refunds may be limited because the product can be copied.
Eligibility
If a verified payment fails to grant a license or download within a reasonable time, contact support with your order number so we can repair fulfillment or process a refund through the payment provider.
Custom agency services are scoped separately and are not covered by theme product refund rules unless a written statement of work says otherwise.
How to request help
Use the support or contact form and include order ID, purchase email, and a short description of the issue. Refunds, when approved, are issued via the original payment provider.
