Are you a Shopify Partner?

Yes. That gives us development stores, early access to platform changes, and a direct escalation path to Shopify when something is broken on their side rather than ours.

Can I get a refund?

Because themes are downloadable files that cannot be returned, refunds are limited to cases where the product does not work as described and we cannot fix it. Try the demo first — it runs the same code. Our full terms are on the refund policy page.

Can I try a theme before buying?

Yes. Every theme has a live demo store you can browse exactly as a shopper would, including cart and product pages. The demo runs the same code you receive.

Can I use one theme licence on several stores?

Accepted Answer

No. A licence covers one store, which follows Shopify’s own theme licensing rules. If you run multiple stores you need a licence for each; get in touch before buying several and we will sort out the pricing.

Can you customise a theme after I buy it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Small customisations are quoted per job, and larger changes run as a theme development engagement. Because we wrote the theme, changes to it are usually faster and cheaper than the same work on a third-party one.

Can you work with our existing developers?

Yes. We regularly work alongside in-house teams, taking the Shopify-specific work while they own the rest. Shared repository, shared branch conventions, and code review in both directions.

Do I keep the theme if I stop paying?

There is nothing to stop paying — theme purchases are one-time, not subscriptions. The theme stays yours and keeps working. Updates remain available while the theme is sold.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Every theme is built on Online Store 2.0, so sections are added, reordered, and configured in Shopify’s visual editor. Code access is there if you want it, but nothing routine requires it.

Do we own the code you write?

Yes, entirely. Custom work lives in a Git repository under your account from the first commit, with no licence fee and no lock-in. If you later hire someone else, they inherit a documented codebase rather than a black box.

Do you do design as well as development?

Yes, and they work best together. If you already have designs we build to them, and flag anything that will be slow or awkward on a real catalog before the build rather than after.

Yes. Installation guidance is part of included support for every theme and app. If you would rather we did the setup and configured it against your catalog, that is available as a paid service — ask and we will quote it.

Do your apps work with any theme?

They work with any Online Store 2.0 theme through app blocks, which covers every theme in the Shopify Theme Store and most custom ones built in the last few years. Heavily customised older themes occasionally need a small integration, which we help with.

Do you work fixed-price or hourly?

Fixed price against a fixed scope, agreed after discovery. That puts the risk of an underestimate on us rather than you. Ongoing work after launch runs as a monthly retainer instead, because open-ended improvement does not have a scope to fix.

How do I get support?

Start with the documentation for your product — it is the same source our support team reads. If that does not answer it, open a ticket with your store URL and the theme or app version, which is usually enough for us to reproduce the issue on the first reply.

How do projects start?

Send your store URL, what you are trying to change, and your timeline. You will get a written reply with a rough approach and a budget range before any call. If it looks like a fit, a short paid discovery produces a fixed scope and quote.

How fast are your themes?

Every theme is built against a Core Web Vitals budget and measured before release. Real-world speed also depends on your images, your apps, and your catalog size, so we document what the theme delivers on a representative store rather than quoting a best-case score.

How long does a project take?

A theme build runs four to eight weeks, a full store build five to ten, and a custom app six to twelve. Those are working timelines that assume feedback within a few days at each milestone — waiting on review is the most common cause of a project running long.

How much does a Shopify project cost?

Theme development starts around $4,500, full store builds around $6,500, and custom apps around $8,000. The range is wide because scope is: a build with three templates and no integrations is a different job from one with a B2B catalog and an ERP sync.

How quickly do you respond?

Product support is answered within two business days, usually sooner. Maintenance retainer clients get tiered response times written into their agreement, with checkout-blocking issues handled the same business day.

Is support included, or does it cost extra?

Support is included with every theme and app purchase, for as long as the product is sold. That covers installation questions, bugs, and configuration help. Custom development work on top of a product is quoted separately.

Should we build a custom app or use one from the App Store?

Buy first, and genuinely try to. An app that fits at $200 a month beats a custom build for years. Build when nothing fits, when subscription costs overtake a build within about eighteen months, or when the workflow is a real competitive advantage.

Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support for anything that surfaces once real traffic arrives. After that you can take a maintenance retainer, hand over to your own team with documentation, or simply stop — there is no ongoing obligation.

What happens to my data if I uninstall an app?

Shopify requires apps to delete customer data within 48 hours of uninstall, and ours do. Configuration you created is retained briefly in case of an accidental uninstall, then removed. You can request immediate deletion at any point.

What happens to my licence if I sell my store?

The licence follows the store. If the store changes hands as a going concern, the new owner may keep using the theme on it. Contact us to update the account the licence is registered against.

What if I find a bug?

Report it with your store URL and the steps to reproduce it. Confirmed bugs in our products are fixed and released at no cost to you, and we will tell you whether a fix is coming in days or in the next release rather than leaving it open-ended.

What is included when I buy a theme?

The theme files, every preset it ships with, documentation, and support. Purchase is one-time for use on a single store, and updates while the theme is sold are included at no extra cost.

What is the difference between a public and a custom app?

A custom (private) app installs only on your stores, needs no Shopify review, and can ship in days. A public app is listed on the App Store, must pass review, and carries ongoing obligations. Most merchants want a custom app.

What licence do your themes come with?

A perpetual licence for one Shopify store. You may modify the code freely for that store. You may not resell, redistribute, or use it as the basis of a theme you sell.

Where are you based, and which time zones do you cover?

We work remotely and overlap with both European and North American business hours. Project communication runs through a shared channel rather than scheduled calls only, so a question does not wait for the next meeting.

Who do you work with?

Merchants doing roughly $500K to $50M a year, and the agencies who serve them. Below that range a good theme and careful configuration usually beats custom work, and we will say so rather than sell you a build you do not need.

Will a rebuild hurt our search rankings?

Not if the redirects are done properly, which is why the URL map is planned before anything else. Expect some short-term movement while search engines recrawl. Lasting losses come from missing redirects, thinner content, or slower pages — all three are controllable.

Will your apps slow down my store?

Our apps do their work in Shopify Functions and server-side APIs wherever the platform allows, so most of it never touches the storefront. Where a script is genuinely required, it is deferred and scoped to the templates that need it.
