License terms
These draft terms summarize planned license tiers for NorthJS Tech premium themes. Final wording is a business and legal decision before production sales.
Single Store License
Use the theme on one live Shopify storefront owned or operated by the licensee. Staging and development copies for that same store are permitted.
Three Store Agency License
Agencies may install the theme on up to three client Shopify storefronts under active client engagements, subject to checkout selection.
Extended Agency License
Extended agency licenses are intended for broader multi-client use under the purchasing agency. Redistribution of raw theme packages as a competing product is not permitted.
Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute theme source packages. You may customize a licensed install for an entitled store.
Support and update delivery occur through the customer account when packages are published for that entitlement.
