Website use
You may browse public content for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt services, probe private download endpoints without entitlement, or misuse account credentials.
Digital products
Premium themes and related downloads are licensed, not sold outright. License scope is selected at checkout and further described in the License terms page.
Entitlements activate after verified payment provider webhooks, not merely from visiting a success page.
Accounts
Customer accounts use email and password authentication. Password reset by email is disabled until a secure notification channel is available.
You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
Liability
Content is provided as-is for information and product delivery. To the extent permitted by law, NorthJS Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or digital products.
